• 100,000 sq.ft quayside facility located on the Dartmouth side of the Halifax Harbour.
• Dedicated 275 ft long x 150 ft wide shipping wharf located Quayside. Water Depth is 24 feet.
• Rail siding with laydown marshaling area
• The facility is 550 feet long x 150 feet wide equipped with 3 – 40 ton cranes with 60 feet clearance under the hook.
• The main door is 56 feet high x 55 feet wide.
• Facility is outfitted with CNC burning tables, plate rolls and gantry welders
• Under the roof Cranage: 2 – 40 tonne , 5 -30 tonne , 2 20 tonne , 4 – 10 tonne, 1 – 2 tonne Jib crane, 1 2 tonne gantry crane
• Yard Cranage: 2 - 5 tonne, 1 – 110 tonne rubber tire gantry
