Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our company thrive – our people. You’ll lead with compassion and clarity, supporting individuals and teams through growth, change, and challenge. You’ll be trusted to:

 

  • Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across all companies within the Group
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employee relations, performance coaching, and engagement
  • Mentor team members and model a people-first approach to HR
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding processes that are as human as they are efficient
  • Lead the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
  • Help manage immigration initiatives, audits, and compliance (NSNP, LMIA, AIP)
  • Provide people insights through reporting, KPIs, and benchmarking
  • Contribute to policy development and ensure legislative compliance across jurisdictions
  • Keep things organized, moving forward, and above all, connected

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of HR experience (construction or trades experience is a plus)
  • Experience in leadership or mentorship roles
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, hands-on environments
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, immigration programs, and HR best practices
  • Strength in Microsoft Office, communication tools, and project tracking
