Cherubini Bridges and Structures, a member of the Cherubini Group of Companies, is looking for Administrative Support to join our team in Dartmouth, NS, for a 3-month contract commencing in June 2026.

Summary
In the role of Administrative Support, you are a dependable and consistent presence at the front of our organization. You manage reception and front-desk activities and provide administrative support that helps our team stay organized and informed. This role is grounded in accountability, attention to detail, and a strong team-first approach.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and an important support to Health & Safety Culture, People & Culture, and the broader organization. Your work ensures daily operations run smoothly and that key administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately as necessary
- Greet and welcome customers, clients and guests as they arrive at the office
- Receive, verify, and sort incoming deliveries, ensuring that packing slips are provided to Purchasing
- Maintain facility security by following safety procedures and controlling gate access via the reception desk
- Record absences and enter into time tracking system
- Coordinate lockers and personal protective equipment for new hires
- Manage boardroom schedules and meeting space coordination
- Provide employee letters and general administrative documentation support
- Maintain employee files within Payworks
- Record and communicate absences, logging to attendance tracking system
- Assist with filing and organization of training records, licenses, and certifications
- Support the SOC program, including entering cards into the system
- Log and file safety incidents within internal databases
- Provide additional administrative support across Health & Safety Culture, People & Culture, and the broader organization as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
- Valid Class 5 drivers’ license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing day-to-day issues
